Cleaning the screen, ready for new images

Putting the wet screen in the dryer

Coating the screen with emulsion once it it dry

Squeegeeing the emulsion over the screen

This can be messy....

Placing the acetates with images on, onto the light exposure unit

Placing the screen over the acetates

Exposing the screen to UV light for a few minutes.

Washing off the excess emulsion..

Thats it! The screen is ready to print your images onto your hoodies....

Mixing the metallic silver mixture

This is used to print onto your hoody

Positioning the screen on the hoody..

Applying the metallic silver over the image you want to print

Squeegeeing the silver over the image

The first image is done.....

drying the print, this quickens up the process

Stitching onto the laces

Stitching down the arms

Stitching on the rest of the hoody

Stitching the label on the tip of the hood

Threading the laces through the hood
